Today someone Amazing came to rimu class someone who was the creator of kereru's barbecue the author's name is karyn wilson. karyn wilson was so nice to take her time and come and visit  rimu class. She was able to share her two book she created the two book are called well you already know one of them an the other is Peka and Koro. Karyn wilson gave us lots of information about the fascinating creature that karyn wilson put in her books.  Karyn wilson had creatures like the velvet worm the kakapo also the kiwi karyn also had the short tailed bat and A giant snail. I forgot what kind of snail it's called all I know is that its the biggest snail in the world.  Also Karyn was able to read us  her book she hadn't released yet peka and koro. Basically peka lost her family then she found a new friend to help her get back to her family she also made friends. Peka had a great time then she fell a sleep. Koro got her back to her family safe. SHe also said how long it took her to make the two books they took nine months insane. Guys this coming to an end bye.

The speech finals was a success

Yesterday I finally presented my wonderful speech And guys I was the only person that was presenting there speech without my cards. So Im just going to tell you what happened and what the results were. Oh and By the way my speech was based on why should scootering be and olympic sport.

So in the finals I was a little nervous And guys I only told Eamon my best friend I just about leaked in my pants😧. But when actually said my speech I got more confident through the speech. Also I had questions in my speech that people weren't s'pose to answer but they answered anyways. And I'm  going to tell you what you have been waiting for Im going to tell you the results for my year group. So second place was jorja and first was me. I was so happy like i couldn't speak because I was so happy.  Bye guys

My wonderful speech from last week

Last week my class did something amazing we presented our speeches.
And guys you need to read the hole blog post Because I've got something amazing to share.

So last week I presented my speech about why should scootering be an olympic sport . Also people had to mark us and give us a rating from 1 to 4 and people had to rate us 7 times. what I mean is people could rate us 7 4's so They would get 28 as their score.  Also we had to get timed when we presented our speech and  guys if your wondering did we present our speech to the hole school. Well we didn't present our speeches to our school  we presented our speeches to our individual class.
Guys I've got great new I'm going to share something amazing like I said I got into the speech finals Im soo! Happy for me. Well I hope you liked my speech Are you happy for me that I got into the speech final

Today my Team finally finished our Amazing new zealand math week product. It took so long but we did not give up. im going to share my team going through the process to finish our new zealand math week product.

It was so FUN just making the product. I dont why but it  just was also our bridge is SOOO! strong. You would not believe it our bridge could hold 3 chromebooks and ipad 610g and to filled metal drink bottles. its true if you believe me well your lost because it's true. It was hard  Because we made a start but it broke so we did something else. We made out bridge so it connect to two tables and hold so much heavy stuff.   So this was me telling you about our finished product hopeed you liked it bye.
